Return Process

  Log into your ALM account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original box with all included accessories and manuals to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
